However, great money and benefits wasn't enough to keep Jessica in the corporate world. This is when she decided to do some soul searching and figure out what was next for her. A book called the "21 day Minimalism Challenge" would up being a life changing discovery for Jessica. Jake Doherty might have grown up in Louisiana, but you wouldn't know it from how much living in Europe has impacted his life. After majoring in European History and entering the working world a passion for theater in addition to his fascination with Europe, Jake was at a crossroads. While becoming a bartender sounded appealing, Jake knew he wanted to reach for something bigger. After serving in the military over in Europe, Jake soon discovered the beauty of his surroundings and decided to call Europe home. This lead to him starting touring agencies geared towards Garmisch, Bavaria, etc. Once the pandemic hit in 2020, Jake and his team also added a Live interactive cooking business to his resume. Marc and Jake talked about the transition to living in Europe and the impact this has had on him professionally and personally.

From a young age Eva Payne found a passion by starting a nonprofit geared towards helping kids with HIV/AIDS. While running this organization, Eva kept listening to her intuition and stayed in touch with her thoughts on human nature and everybody's individual essence. It was this type of awareness and thought to herself and others that prompted Eva to search even deeper within. Eva decided to take a break from it all and search within herself for more answers. From there, the concepts for her book called The Flow Life Funnel started to pour out of her mind and onto the computer screen. Today she is not only coaching on these concepts, but also happy to speak about them and build upon the concepts she has proven to work and help others.

In this episode, Ryan and Marc have a great conversation about the impact Linkedin has had on their lives. They also talk about time management and what it takes to fit all of their priorities into their lives without falling behind. Ryan also discusses what inspired him to take a more entrepreneurial path. He has a great story about why he started Podcast Principles and what he learned from his experience as technical podcast freelancer. Ryan is a great example of the potential a younger entrepreneur has in the 21st Century.
