For all of the ability and potential Leticia Francis felt she had, navigating the corporate system in order to get ahead and reach the level of success she felt worthy of was quite a challenge. After years of hard work and determination, Leticia decided that it wasn't worth it to keep putting her energy into a system that wasn't working for her. As a result, Leticia not only became an entrepreneur, but also became an advocate for black females and anybody else who wants to start their own business and reach their full potential just like she has in her own business.
