A move to Scotland and the start of her business called the Word Accord has helped Birgit to truly be herself and others through her passions. Marc and Birgit talk about her journey of self discovery, the ups and downs she went through, and all of the career transitions that were made in the process. Birgit has a very poetic and heartfelt perspective on how she perceives her own journey of self discovery and how she has arrived to the place she is at today. Jillian Webber stopped by to talk about her experiences in the Army and how she wound up taking that path over a more traditional one. Her current career as a life coach and speaker was inspired by unfortunate experiences she had while serving. Between issues she had fitting in to very traumatic experiences she faced with sexual assault and a broken marriage, Jillian faced obstacles that would leave some people broken. However, Jillian stepped up, worked hard, and regained her self confidence. After being given the opportunity to speak about her experience and help others, Jillian decided to apply this to her career as a speaker, consultant, and life coach in order to help others deal with some of the same obstacles.
