Sheila tells the story of how she discovered her passion through working on projects in the corporate world. As she moved along in her journey Sheila couldn't get the idea of coaching out of her mind. She then proceeded to use her skills and life experiences to help her find her way into becoming an entrepreneur. In addition to coaching, Sheila has also written a few books that help people to learn how to empower themselves. Sheila's story of resilience and finding the right mindset in order to put yourself where you need to be in your own life made for an inspiring and empowering conversation.
