In this episode Marc tells a story about the time he became Employee of the Month at the Best Buy store in his hometown. Although his role in the store had nothing to do with sales, Marc was able to make an impact on how the company and his managers felt about how the store looked and felt due to the hardworking he put in as the store janitor.
